World Bank P.I.C. & G.D.L.N. 

The PIC is a public facility planed to welcome Lao Government Offices, Development Project Agencies or Embassies project willing to use international standard video conference 40 person’s rooms with full accommodation to organize seminars and trainings. The World Bank plans to renovate a 1970’s building to be redesigned in a colonial style to fit with the Head Office building style. The Public Information Center is a small complex 800 Sqm facility but equipped with the last video conference technology with infrared wireless sound system and microphones. It also organizes a public library with a cafeteria designed open air surrounded by tropical garden and ponds.
